Remote Career Workshop Facilitator

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Remote Career Workshop Facilitator to join our team. In this role, you will create and deliver high-impact career development workshops to a diverse audience of professionals. This is a remote position with an annual salary of $68,027.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Workshop Development and Delivery:
   • Design and develop comprehensive workshop content tailored to various career stages, including job search strategies, resume building, interview techniques, networking, and career advancement.
   • Deliver engaging and interactive workshops using various digital tools and platforms to ensure a dynamic learning experience for participants.
   • Continuously update and enhance workshop materials based on feedback and industry trends to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
2. Participant Engagement and Support:
   • Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment encouraging active participation and open dialogue.
   • Provide personalized guidance and feedback to participants on their career-related concerns and goals.
   • Please address any questions or challenges participants may have during and after workshops and ensure they have the resources needed to succeed.
3. Curriculum and Content Management:
   • Develop and maintain a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with current industry standards and best practices in career development.
   • Create and curate supplementary materials, such as handouts, worksheets, and online resources, to support workshop objectives and enhance the learning experience.
   • Evaluate the effectiveness of workshops through participant feedback and performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
4. Collaboration and Coordination:
   • Work closely with other team members to ensure workshops are aligned with broader organizational goals and initiatives.
   • Collaborate with external partners, including industry experts and career coaches, to enhance workshop content and provide additional value to participants.
   • Coordinate workshop scheduling and logistics, including setting up virtual meetings and managing participant registrations.
5. Professional Development and Research:
   • Stay current with trends and advancements in career development and related fields through continuous learning and professional development.
   • Research best practices and emerging tools in career coaching and workshop facilitation to incorporate into workshop design and delivery.
   • Share insights and knowledge with the team to contribute to career development programs' overall growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in career coaching or professional development are a plus.
• Proven experience in career coaching, workshop facilitation, or a related field, with a track record of delivering impactful and engaging presentations.
• Strong understanding of career development principles, job search strategies, and industry trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences and provide constructive feedback.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for virtual workshop delivery, including video conferencing software, presentation tools, and collaboration platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

Compensation:
