Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR and legal to develop onboarding policies for remote hires and contractors.
• Provide ongoing regulatory updates through bi-weekly compliance newsletters.

Reporting & Metrics

• Track compliance KPIs, including audit cycle times, remediation speed, and employee training completion rates.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Background

Professional Experience

• Minimum 3 years of compliance experience in remote-first or tech-driven environments.
