What You'll Do

• Facilitate the timely and accurate processing of conventional loan applications.

Core Responsibilities

Loan Documentation and File Management

• Review applications for accuracy and completeness
• Order appraisals, title work, credit reports, and other verifications
• Track and update missing or outdated documentation

• Maintain open and empathetic borrower communication
• Collaborate closely with internal teams for a seamless workflow
• Provide regular updates to all involved parties

Compliance and Risk Awareness

• Adhere to current federal and agency regulations
• Ensure that all files meet Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac standards
