What You’ll Do
🔧 Core Responsibilities
- Design and implement custom modules and workflows within modern CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to automate lead capture, qualification, and nurturing.
- Integrate third-party APIs and internal systems to create a unified and seamless user experience.
- Translate user and business needs into elegant, functional CRM components.
- Monitor CRM health and performance, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize automation rules, triggers, and campaign journeys.
- Create documentation for new features, integrations, and configurations.
