What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic Campaign Leadership
- Architect and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.
- Align campaign messaging with brand identity, ensuring cultural awareness and relevance for diverse audiences.
- Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks for each campaign, fostering a data-informed culture of accountability.
Budget and Resource Optimization
- Manage large-scale advertising budgets effectively, prioritizing ROI and sustainable growth.
- Monitor ad spend in real time, using automation tools to reallocate funds where they perform best.
- Forecast monthly and quarterly ad performance, helping leadership make strategic investment decisions.
Team Collaboration and Mentorship
- Coordinate closely with copywriters, designers, and analytics specialists to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Lead biweekly sprint reviews and creative brainstorming sessions, celebrating diverse perspectives and team synergy.
