Role Overview:
We seek a highly skilled and motivated Remote Digital Business Analyst to join our client’s team. As a Digital Business Analyst, you will be key in transforming business processes through digital solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and an ability to drive change in an ever-evolving digital landscape. Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis & Strategy Development: Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend digital solutions that enhance business performance. Develop and implement strategies to drive digital transformation, ensuring business requirements align with technology capabilities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and technical teams, to gather and prioritize business requirements. Facilitate communication between business and IT teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.
• Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions and ensure detailed documentation of business needs, technical specifications, and functional requirements. Provide clear and actionable documentation for development teams and ensure that all stakeholders have a common understanding.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Use data analysis tools to collect, interpret, and present data that informs business decisions. Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track the success of digital projects and suggest areas of improvement.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current business processes and propose digital solutions to streamline operations, enhance user experiences, and improve overall efficiency.
• Project Management Support: Collaborate with project managers to ensure the smooth execution of digital initiatives from the planning phase to implementation. Assist with project timelines, risk management, and progress tracking.
• Solution Design & Testing: Work with technical teams to design and prototype digital solutions that meet business needs. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the developed solutions meet business requirements.
• Change Management: Support the change management process by preparing documentation, training users, and ensuring the smooth adoption of digital tools and methods.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital transformation. Continuously evaluate digital processes and tools to recommend improvements and innovations that enhance business value.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management (e.g., CBAP, PMP) is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Digital Transformation Consultant, or similar role focusing on digital solutions.
• Strong understanding of business processes, digital technologies, and the ability to identify opportunities for digital improvements.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and writing clear and concise documentation.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and experience working within an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools, data visualization, and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote work environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in e-commerce, customer experience (CX), or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), or blockchain.
• Experience with change management and training end-users in adopting new digital tools.
• Familiarity with web analytics, SEO, and digital marketing platforms.
