Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• I lead and oversee the business analysis function, ensuring that all initiatives align with the client's business objectives and goals.
• Develop and implement business analysis frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to deliver high-quality insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide data-driven solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, ensuring they are well-supported and motivated to deliver high-quality work.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including financial reports, market trends, and operational metrics, to provide actionable insights.
• Conduct detailed business requirements analysis, including gap analysis, process mapping, and requirements documentation to support clients' strategic initiatives.
• Develop business cases for new projects and initiatives, providing data-driven insights to evaluate potential return on investment (ROI) and business impact.
• Provide leadership in developing business strategies, working closely with executives, department heads, and functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Use data visualization tools to create compelling reports and dashboards communicating key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend optimization and improvement to enhance overall business performance.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis, and apply this knowledge to improve analysis quality.
• Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and requirements-gathering meetings with clients to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience creating impactful visual reports using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering a positive work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.
