Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of market researchers, analysts, and strategists.
- Provide direction and support to team members to ensure high-quality research output.

- Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze data to develop actionable insights and recommendations that contribute to informed decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver presentations that effectively communicate findings to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support their research needs, including marketing, sales, product development, and finance.
- Translate research insights into business strategies that drive growth and achieve objectives.
- Vendor and Budget Management:
- Manage relationships with external research vendors and consultants.
- Oversee the research budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources without compromising quality.
- Market and Competitive Intelligence:
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Build and maintain databases of market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive information for continuous strategic advantage.
- Innovate and Evolve Research Techniques:
- Identify and adopt innovative research tools, techniques, and methodologies.
- Continuously enhance research processes to provide more accurate, reliable, and insightful data.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: A Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Experience: At least 8-10 years of experience in market research or strategic analysis, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Experience in managing remote teams is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: You must have a strong ability to analyze complex data sets, interpret trends, and generate actionable insights. Proficiency with statistical software and data analysis tools is required.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading, managing, and motivating high-performing research teams. Ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate market research insights into actionable business strategies that drive growth.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively present complex information to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects and meet deadlines. Familiarity with agile methodologies is an advantage.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of market research principles, methodologies, and best practices. Experience in B2B or B2C industries is highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with survey design tools, statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS), CRM systems, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
