Key Responsibilities

• Integrate Advanced Technologies: Utilize platforms like Moodle and Blackboard to create interactive and immersive learning experiences.
• Ensure Accessibility: Implement strategies to make content universally accessible, catering to all abilities and technical skill levels.

Facilitate Virtual Sessions

• Inspire Participation: Lead live virtual classes that foster active involvement and meaningful discussions.
• Personalized Learning Methods: Adjust facilitation techniques to suit different cultural contexts and learning preferences.
• Cultivate a Positive Environment: Create a supportive virtual classroom where learners feel valued and motivated.

Assess & Enhance Learning Outcomes

• Evaluate Progress: Monitor performance and use data-driven methods to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a closely related field.
• Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in e-learning development or virtual facilitation roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS).
• Exceptional Communication: Ability to present ideas and foster meaningful engagement during virtual sessions.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant Certifications: Instructional design or e-learning technology certifications, such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Skilled in developing innovative solutions for complex challenges.
• Strong Analytical Abilities: Experience evaluating program outcomes through qualitative and quantitative methods.
