Key Responsibilities:

  1. Consultation and Support:
    • Provide expert guidance and support to employees on a wide range of issues including, but not limited to, personal development, workplace challenges, stress management, and work-life balance.
    • Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess employee needs and offer tailored solutions and strategies to enhance their well-being and job satisfaction.
  2. Program Management:
    • Develop, implement, and manage employee assistance programs (EAPs) that address the needs of a diverse workforce.
    • Collaborate with HR and management to identify program needs, track program effectiveness, and recommend continuous improvement.
  3. Training and Education:
    • Designed and delivered training sessions and workshops for employees and managers on mental health awareness, conflict resolution, and resilience building.
    • Create and maintain educational materials and resources to support employee development and engagement.
  4. Assessment and Evaluation:
    • Regularly assess the effectiveness of employee assistance programs and services through surveys, feedback, and other evaluation methods.
