🎓 Qualifications & Skills

✅ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅ Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee engagement, company culture, HR, or related roles.
✅ Strong understanding of remote work challenges and how to foster connectivity in a virtual environment.
✅ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
