Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Engagement Strategy:

  2. Communication and Collaboration:
    • Act as a liaison between remote employees and management, ensuring open lines of communication and addressing concerns promptly.

  3. Program Development and Management:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in employee engagement, HR, or a similar role, preferably in a remote or distributed work environment.
  • Strong understanding of remote work challenges and best practices for fostering engagement and connection.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
