Job Overview:
We seek an experienced, highly motivated, dynamic Remote Employee Relations Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Relations Strategy and Execution:

    • Establish processes and guidelines to handle employee issues such as grievances, conflicts, and complaints promptly and constructively.
    • Drive consistency in employee relations practices and ensure the companyโ€™s culture and values are reflected in all policies and procedures.

  2. Conflict Resolution and Mediation:
    • Mediate conflicts and disputes between employees, fostering a collaborative and respectful workplace.

    • Investigate complaints and concerns related to harassment, discrimination, and other sensitive matters, ensuring swift and appropriate resolutions.

  3. Policy Development and Compliance:
    • Collaborate with the HR and legal teams to develop, implement, and update policies that comply with local, state, and federal labor laws.
    • Guide management on employment law, compliance, and best practices.
    • Ensure that employee relations programs are compliant with relevant employment legislation, such as the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
    • Conduct regular audits and ensure that internal policies are current with legal standards and industry practices.

  6. Training and Development:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masterโ€™s degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in employee relations, human resources, or a related discipline, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, including FLSA, EEO, and FMLA.
  • Proven experience in conflict resolution, investigations, and mediation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster collaboration across a global workforce.
