Key Responsibilities

• 🛠 Support and Advocate for Employees: Act as remote employees' primary point of contact, addressing their concerns and ensuring their voices are heard.
• ⚔ Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts promptly and effectively, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.
