As a core team member, you’ll equip employees with the knowledge, tools, and skills they need to succeed. You’ll design and deliver impactful training programs that foster growth, boost performance, and enhance job satisfaction in a supportive, people-first environment.

In this role, you will serve as a bridge between knowledge and execution, helping employees develop key competencies through innovative learning strategies. 🔹 What You’ll Do

✅ Facilitate Engaging Training Programs

  • Lead interactive virtual training sessions tailored for new hires and seasoned employees.
  • Develop training approaches that engage employees across various learning styles.
  • Deliver live webinars, recorded modules, and collaborative workshops to enhance the learning experience.
  • Encourage participation and engagement, fostering an open and positive learning culture.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching sessions when needed to ensure individual success.

✅ Develop and Enhance Training Materials

  • Create well-structured instructional content, e-learning modules, and training manuals.
  • Implement innovative learning methodologies such as gamification, microlearning, and scenario-based learning.
  • Ensure that all training materials are up-to-date with the latest industry best practices.
  • Incorporate accessibility and inclusivity principles into learning materials to ensure a diverse and equitable learning environment.
  • Leverage technology to improve training effectiveness and reach a global audience.

✅ Collaborate Across Teams

  • Partner with HR, team leads, and managers to align training programs with business goals.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop in-depth and relevant training content.
  • Gather insights from employees and leadership to refine and improve training experiences continuously.
  • Actively participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure a seamless learning culture across departments.

✅ Track & Measure Training Success

  • Develop assessment tools, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Monitor employee progress and performance improvements post-training.
  • Utilize data analytics to enhance learning strategies and optimize training impact.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and recommend tailored learning solutions.

✅ Champion an Inclusive Workplace

  • Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all training initiatives.
  • Foster a safe and welcoming learning environment where every employee feels valued.
  • Ensure that training content is free from biases and represents diverse perspectives.
  • Adapt learning materials to be accessible to employees of all abilities and backgrounds.

🔹 What You Bring

✨ Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in employee training, learning & development, or instructional design.
  • Strong facilitation and public speaking skills with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
  • Expertise creating and delivering virtual training experiences using e-learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze training needs and customize content to fit diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in utilizing training tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

✨ Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Certifications in Training & Development (CPTD, ATD, or similar) are a plus!
  • Knowledge of instructional design frameworks and e-learning trends is advantageous.
