Job Summary

We seek a dynamic and creative Remote Employer Branding Specialist to join our team. This role is instrumental in shaping our company's internal and external image to attract, engage, and retain top talent. The specialist will collaborate closely with the HR, marketing, and communications teams to craft and promote our employer value proposition (EVP) across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and Execute Employer Branding Strategy:

  • Design and implement an employer branding strategy that reflects the companyโ€™s mission, vision, and culture.
  • Partner with key stakeholders (HR, Marketing, and Communications teams) to create and distribute engaging content that promotes the companyโ€™s EVP across multiple platforms.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to ensure the employer brand remains competitive and attractive.

2. Content Creation and Management:

  • Create compelling and consistent content (videos, blogs, social media posts, etc.) highlighting company culture, achievements, and employee experiences.
  • Manage creating and distributing employee testimonials, success stories, and company initiatives that align with the employer brand.
  • Oversee the production of branded content for careers pages, job advertisements, social media, and recruitment campaigns.

3. Enhance Online Presence:

  • Monitor and optimize the company's presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed platforms to ensure a positive and engaging employer image.
