Naukri Mitra is seeking an experienced and motivated Energy and Utilities Business Analyst to join our client's expanding team. Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements from key stakeholders within the energy and utilities sector. Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for optimization and improvements that contribute to business objectives.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and industry partners, to understand their business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. Develop strong relationships to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: We perform detailed data analysis and generate comprehensive reports to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the energy and utilities market. We also utilize business intelligence tools to present findings and create actionable insights.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve business processes, systems, and workflow in the energy and utilities sector. Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and user guides. Ensure that all project documents are current and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business leads, to ensure the effective implementation of business solutions and the alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
• Market Insights and Research: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies within the energy and utilities industry. Provide insights and recommendations to help clients adapt and leverage opportunities for growth and sustainability.
• Project Support: Support project delivery by coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and meeting project milestones. Assisted in evaluating project performance and provided feedback to improve future project success.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Energy Management, Environmental Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the energy and utilities sector.
• Strong understanding of the energy market, including electricity, gas, renewable energy, and utilities operations.
• Excellent Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets and develop meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence Tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent, for data visualization and reporting.
• Experience with Process Improvement Methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile is highly desirable.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex business information to a diverse audience, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, focusing on delivering practical and innovative solutions to business challenges.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a remote team environment while being proactive and self-driven.
