You'll be empowered to manage legal frameworks around streaming platforms, AR/VR experiences, content monetization strategies, and interactive entertainment models.
What You’ll Be Doing
Legal Guidance & Content Strategy
- Provide comprehensive legal counsel on film, television, podcast, and streaming platform contracts.
- Draft, review, and negotiate talent agreements, music licensing, and digital distribution rights
- Guide content creators on copyright usage, fair use, and digital rights clearance
- Oversee compliance with DMCA, COPPA, and other U.S. media-related regulations.
Digital Rights & Licensing
- Structure and review technology-driven licensing agreements for OTT services
- Manage IP portfolios tied to virtual content, including NFTs and AI-generated media assets.
- Address legal challenges associated with cross-border digital media transactions.
- Advise on licensing strategies for global entertainment syndication
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with producers, developers, and digital strategists to align content goals with legal boundaries.
- Participate in virtual brainstorms and pitch reviews to ensure creative ideas comply with existing laws.
- Assist marketing and brand teams in handling endorsement deals, influencer agreements, and promotional campaigns.
