What You'll Be Doing Every Day

• Ensure compliance with FHA guidelines, HUD requirements, and lender overlays.
• Maintain communication with loan officers, underwriters, and closing coordinators to facilitate loan progression.

• Identify and resolve documentation deficiencies, ensuring timely processing.
