Job Description:

As a Remote Finance Recruiter, you will specialize in identifying and recruiting professionals for finance positions, ranging from entry-level roles to senior leadership positions. Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing and Networking:

• Client Collaboration:

• Recruitment Process Management:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Guide candidates through recruitment, providing support and feedback at each stage.
• Job Description and Advertising:
  • Craft compelling job descriptions that attract top talent in the finance industry.
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and optimize postings for maximum visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of job advertisements.
• Interview and Assessment:

• Offer Management and Onboarding Support:

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process by coordinating between clients and selected candidates.
  • Address any concerns candidates may have during the onboarding phase.

  • Stay updated on trends and developments in the finance sector to better understand client and candidate needs.
  • Provide insights to clients regarding competitive salaries and hiring practices.
  • Utilize market intelligence to refine recruitment strategies and practices.
• Reporting and Metrics:
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
  • Generate reports on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates.
  • Use data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience:
