In this remote position, you will connect with clients nationwide, offering expert advice and support on health insurance options. Key Responsibilities and Duties

Client Consultation

  • Provide personalized health insurance consultations via phone, video, or email.
  • Guide clients through plan comparisons, eligibility requirements, and enrollment processes.

Compliance and Regulation

  • Stay current with federal and state healthcare regulations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date advice.
  • Educate clients on their rights and benefits, including preventative care, mental health coverage, and specialist referrals.

Communication and Coordination

  • Maintain clear and compassionate communication, especially with individuals from underserved or marginalized communities.
  • Work closely with internal departments to address client needs promptly and respectfully.
  • Track and document interactions using secure CRM systems, always upholding client confidentiality.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in health insurance, healthcare navigation, or benefits consulting
  • Knowledge of ACA, Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance regulations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
  • High-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

Preferred Skills

  • Bilingual fluency (especially in Spanish, Mandarin, or ASL)
  • State-specific health insurance licensure
