Key Responsibilities

Enrollment Support and Guidance

• Guide applicants through health insurance enrollment processes across multiple digital platforms.

Eligibility and Compliance

• Use real-time data tools and EDI transactions to confirm eligibility and streamline application accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, ACA mandates, and state-specific insurance laws.

Client Interaction and Documentation

• Resolve inquiries using CRM systems and provide omnichannel assistance via chat, email, and phone.
• Maintain accurate records within our cloud-based systems, ensuring a seamless data trail for every applicant.

System Improvement Collaboration
