Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract top healthcare talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build candidate pipelines.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Foster a positive work environment by resolving conflicts and addressing issues promptly.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
- Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and healthcare industry-specific regulations.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to reflect current legal and organizational standards.
- Manage credentialing and licensing processes for healthcare staff.
- Training and Development:
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Oversee compliance training related to healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

- Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments.

- HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Track key HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment performance.
- Prepare and present reports to leadership, providing actionable insights to improve HR practices.
- Leverage HR technology to streamline processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Remote Workforce Management:
- Implement best practices for managing a remote healthcare workforce.
- Develop strategies to ensure engagement, productivity, and connectivity among remote employees.
- Facilitate virtual team-building activities and communication channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterโs degree preferred.
- 3+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in the healthcare industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and healthcare industry regulations.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, and SHRM-SCP certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with remote work technologies and best practices.
