Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Market research and data analysis identify hiring trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Job Descriptions and Advertising:
- Craft detailed and compelling job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage job postings across multiple platforms, ensuring maximum visibility and reach.
- Candidate Screening and Selection:
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to develop practical interview questions and selection criteria.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with department heads and team leads to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
- Employer Branding:
- Enhance the organization's employer brand by promoting a positive image and showcasing the companyโs values and culture.
- Develop and implement initiatives to attract top talent and improve the candidate experience.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to improve recruitment processes continuously.
- Onboarding Support:
- Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Assist in developing and implementing onboarding programs to integrate new employees effectively.
- Diversity and Inclusion:
- Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment efforts by implementing strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool.
- Foster an inclusive hiring process that values different perspectives and experiences.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully managing hiring processes.
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
