Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. The HR Business Partner plays a crucial role in aligning our human resources strategies with business goals, fostering an inclusive and productive work environment, and delivering strategic HR guidance across multiple departments. This position is critical for supporting leadership in achieving key business objectives while ensuring a seamless employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
- Act as a strategic advisor: Collaborate closely with senior leadership and department managers to align HR practices with business objectives and operational needs. Provide insights on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies: Design HR solutions that address long-term business needs, focusing on organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and retention. Ensure HR initiatives are scalable and flexible to support the organization's growth.
- Foster a culture of inclusion: Advocate for a workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Partner with leadership to develop and maintain policies and practices that support DEI initiatives and ensure all employees feel respected and valued.
Talent Management
- Drive talent acquisition and retention strategies: Work with the talent acquisition team to identify staffing needs, craft job descriptions, and assess candidates' fit for roles within the organization. Focus on attracting top talent and reducing turnover rates through proactive talent management strategies.
- Support onboarding and career development: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, working closely with department managers to integrate new hires into the organization. Collaborate with learning and development teams to design career pathways and provide employees with opportunities for growth and advancement.
- Performance management: Assist managers in developing performance review processes that are fair, and transparent, and promote continuous feedback. Coach managers on giving constructive feedback and managing underperformance in a way that fosters development and improvement.
Employee Relations
- Advise on employee relations issues: Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers to address workplace concerns, conflicts, or grievances. Provide advice and mediation services to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive working environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws: Stay up-to-date on labor laws and HR best practices to ensure that company policies comply with legal requirements. Guide on legal and regulatory matters to reduce risk and ensure adherence to employment laws.
- Manage investigations and disciplinary processes: Oversee internal investigations related to employee relations issues, ensuring due process and confidentiality. Manage disciplinary actions with a fair and consistent approach, aligning decisions with company policies and legal requirements.
Workforce Planning and Analytics
- Analyze HR data for decision-making: Utilize HR analytics to track key workforce metrics such as turnover rates, employee engagement scores, and retention trends. Use data to inform leadership decisions, predict future workforce needs, and propose strategic HR initiatives.
- Contribute to succession planning: Work with senior leaders to develop succession plans for key roles in the organization. Help identify high-potential employees and create development programs to prepare them for future leadership positions.
Compensation and Benefits
- Advise on compensation structures: Partner with the compensation team to ensure that salaries and benefits packages remain competitive within the industry. Guide salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and internal equity.
- Support benefits administration: Assist employees with understanding and utilizing their benefits, including healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off. Ensure that the companyโs benefits package aligns with employee needs and market trends.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterโs degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner role, preferably in a remote work environment.
- Proven track record of success in strategic HR management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
- HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP is highly preferred.

- Familiarity with HR analytics tools and platforms.
