As an HR Coordinator, you will support the HR departmentโ€™s day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes across various human resources functions. Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote HR Coordinator, your role will include but not be limited to the following:

  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support:
    • Assist the HR team in identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions for open positions.
    • Post job openings on relevant job boards, manage incoming applications and maintain an applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Conducted preliminary screenings and followed up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Assist in creating and distributing offer letters and handling candidate queries related to the recruitment process.
  2. Onboarding and Offboarding:
    • Organize and manage all aspects of the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
    • Coordinate the distribution of new hire paperwork and employment agreements.
    • Assist with setting up new employees with necessary resources, such as systems access, tools, and other onboarding materials.
    • Conducted exit interviews for employees leaving the company and managed the offboarding process, including collecting company assets and closing out system accounts.
  3. Employee Records Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
    • Ensure all employment records, including employment contracts, performance reviews, and benefits information, are stored securely and confidentially.
    • Update and manage HR databases and systems regularly to reflect accurate employee information.
  4. Employee Relations and Engagement:
    • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees, providing timely and helpful responses.
    • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing virtual team-building events, surveys, and recognition programs.

  6. Compliance and Policy Administration:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and organizational policies.

  7. Performance Management Support:
