About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Support:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
    • Post job openings on various platforms and manage applications.
    • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
    • Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  2. Onboarding and Orientation:
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
    • Organize orientation sessions and provide new employees with necessary information and resources.
    • Assist in setting up new hire accounts in HRIS and completing all documentation.
  3. Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
    • Assist in resolving employee concerns and facilitate communication between employees and management.
    • Promote a positive work environment by fostering open communication and engagement initiatives.
  4. Performance Management:
    • Support the performance appraisal process by tracking timelines and ensuring managers complete evaluations.
    • Assist in developing performance improvement plans and documentation for underperforming employees.
    • Maintain records of performance evaluations and related documentation in compliance with company policy.
  5. Compliance and Record Keeping:
    • Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.
