Position Overview:

We seek a dedicated and experienced Remote HR Health Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential support and guidance on health and wellness initiatives, ensuring our employees have the necessary resources to maintain their well-being. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Wellness Programs:
    • Design, implement, and evaluate health and wellness programs tailored to the diverse needs of employees.
    • Collaborate with external vendors to provide workshops, webinars, and training sessions on health-related topics such as stress management, nutrition, and mental health.
    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of wellness initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to ensure maximum engagement and impact.
  2. Health Resources Management:
    • I will be the primary point of contact for employees who inquire about health benefits, wellness programs, and available resources.

  3. Compliance and Policy Development:
    • Ensure all health-related policies comply with local, state, and federal regulations and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Health, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or health-related roles, focusing on employee wellness and benefits.
  • Strong understanding of health and wellness principles, with the ability to apply them in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective programs that promote health and well-being.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with wellness program management software is a plus.
  • Certification in health and wellness (e.g., Certified Health Coach, Wellness Program Coordinator) is a plus.
