Position Overview: The Remote HR Metrics and Reporting Specialist will develop and maintain HR analytics and reporting systems for strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Metrics Development:
    • Identify and define key HR metrics and performance indicators to measure organizational effectiveness.
    • Develop dashboards and visualizations to provide real-time insights into workforce data.
    • Collaborate with HR leadership to determine reporting requirements and priorities.
  2. Data Collection and Analysis:
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data on recruitment, retention, engagement, performance, and diversity.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data governance practices.
    • Use predictive analytics to anticipate workforce trends and inform proactive strategies.
  3. Reporting and Presentation:
    • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for HR leadership and executive teams.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
    • Present complex data clearly and concisely, tailored to different audiences.
  4. Technology and Tools:
    • Leverage HRIS systems, data analytics platforms, and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
    • Continuously assess and recommend improvements to existing HR analytics tools and processes.
    • Ensure seamless integration of data from various systems and platforms.
  5. Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies in all reporting activities.
    • Identify potential risks through data analysis and recommend mitigation strategies.
    • Support audits and compliance reviews by providing accurate and timely data.
  6. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Partner with HR, finance, and operations teams to align analytics with organizational goals.
    • Support the recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives through data insights.
    • Act as a resource for HR teams to interpret and utilize data effectively.
  7. Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay informed about trends and advancements in HR analytics and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, metrics, or reporting roles.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and integrating data from multiple sources.
  • In-depth understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, retention, and performance management.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Certification in HR analytics or related fields is a plus.
