Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

    • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events to identify potential candidates.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
  2. Candidate Screening and Selection:
    • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job criteria and organizational fit.
    • Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Administer pre-employment assessments and background checks as necessary.
    • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers on candidate suitability and potential fit.
  3. Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates, answer questions, and address any concerns.
    • Maintain strong relationships with candidates, even those not selected, to build a talent pool for future opportunities.
  4. Recruitment Administration:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
    • Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities, including metrics on time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate sources.
    • Manage and update job postings on internal and external job boards to ensure they are current and appealing.
  5. Collaboration and Strategy:
    • Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to align recruiting strategies with organizational goals and workforce planning.
    • Participate in regular meetings with hiring managers to discuss progress, challenges, and staffing needs.
    • Stay current with industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices to continuously improve recruiting processes and strategies.
  6. Compliance and Best Practices:
    • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including equal employment opportunity laws and regulations.
    • Implement best practices for recruitment and selection, including maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards.
    • Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a remote or virtual environment. Experience in various industries and with different levels of positions is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
