Position Overview:

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Remote HRIS Administrator to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to efficiently handle HR operations and data. Key Responsibilities:

  1. HRIS Management and Administration:
    • Administer and maintain the HRIS, including system configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
    • Ensure the HRIS functions optimally and align system capabilities with HR requirements and business needs.
    • Manage user access, permissions, and data security within the HRIS.
    • Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate HRIS with other systems and platforms as necessary.
  2. Data Management and Reporting:
    • Oversee data entry, data accuracy, and data integrity within the HRIS.
    • To support decision-making and strategic planning, generate and analyze HR reports and metrics, such as headcount, turnover, and employee demographics.
    • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to meet the specific needs of HR and other stakeholders.
  3. System Optimization and Upgrades:
    • Stay informed about HRIS updates and new features; recommend and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
    • Test new features and upgrades to ensure compatibility and performance before full implementation.
    • Provide system improvements and upgrade recommendations based on industry best practices and user feedback.
  4. User Support and Training:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and issues from HR staff and end-users.
