Key Responsibilities

HRIS Administration and Optimization

  • Tailor HRIS modules to fit specific organizational requirements, such as onboarding, performance tracking, and payroll integration.

Data Integrity and Reporting

  • Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and security within the system.
  • Create and share reports and dashboards to enable informed decision-making.
  • Conduct periodic audits and quality checks to uphold data integrity.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting

  • Provide timely technical support for system-related issues across HR and other teams.
  • Serve as the primary contact for escalating complex technical challenges to vendors.

Training and User Support

  • Design and deliver training sessions to enhance system user proficiency.
  • Develop clear, user-friendly documentation and guides for HRIS functionality.

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to local and international data privacy and security standards.
  • Implement safeguards to reduce risks tied to data breaches or regulatory non-compliance.

Qualifications and Skills

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in HRIS administration or a comparable role.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP) and strong command of SQL and reporting tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Analyzing data, generating insights, and identifying trends supporting organizational objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HRIS platform certifications or HR-focused certifications.
  • Experience with process automation and integration tools.
