Core Responsibilities

• Develop instructional materials including tutorials, learning modules, handbooks, guides, and assessments.
• Transform expert-level information into digestible, learner-centric content.
• Work closely with domain specialists to verify the accuracy and clarity of the material—accurate and purpose-driven content.
• Align tone, format, and delivery methods with specific learner needs and knowledge levels.
• Apply instructional design principles to develop practical training experiences.
• Incorporate iterative input from users and stakeholders to refine and enhance learning materials: learner and stakeholder input.
• Maintain a consistent voice across formats, including written guides, slide decks, and video scripts.
