About the Role:
Naukri Mitra seeks an experienced and creative Remote Instructional Designer to craft innovative and engaging learning experiences. This fully remote position requires a professional passionate about designing instructional content that resonates with diverse learners and aligns with organizational goals. As an Instructional Designer, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge e-learning solutions and instructional materials that empower learners and drive performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Learning Needs Analysis:
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and define learning objectives.
   • Conduct a thorough analysis to understand the target audience, content requirements, and desired outcomes.
2. Instructional Design Development:
   • Design and develop engaging instructional content, including e-learning modules, videos, guides, assessments, and interactive activities.
   • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create effective learning materials.
   • Ensure all content aligns with the organization’s branding, tone, and goals.
3. E-Learning Solutions:
   • Utilize authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS) to create and manage e-learning programs.
   • Incorporate multimedia elements such as audio, video, animations, and simulations to enhance the learning experience.
   • Stay informed about advancements in technology to integrate innovative tools and techniques.
4. Collaboration and Teamwork:
   • Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional technologists, and other team members to gather content and ensure accuracy.
   • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team to effectively manage project timelines and deliverables.
5. Quality Assurance:
   • Review and test instructional materials to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives.
   • Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to refine and improve content.
   • Conduct usability testing to identify and resolve potential issues before deployment.
6. Training Metrics and Evaluation:
   • Develop tools to assess the effectiveness of instructional programs and gather actionable feedback.
   • Analyze training outcomes and provide insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
   • Data will be used to report on training ROI and its impact on organizational performance.
7. Content Updates and Maintenance:
   • Regularly update instructional materials to reflect policy, procedure, or industry standards changes.
   • Ensure materials remain relevant and engaging over time.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or e-learning content creation.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
• Experience with LMS platforms and virtual training tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
