Role Overview

As a Remote Instructional Designer, you will develop and deliver engaging, adaptive, and measurable online learning programs. Key Responsibilities

Build Digitally Interactive Content

  • Design SCORM-compliant courses using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Lectora.
  • Integrate quizzes, interactive branching scenarios, gamification, and animations to enrich digital experiences.
  • Collaborate on storyboarding and script development for audio/video components.

Evaluate and Optimize Learning Outcomes

  • Implement data-driven strategies using tools like Google Analytics for Learning, LMS analytics, and xAPI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on course design elements to identify best-performing layouts.
  • Use learner assessment metrics to refine content for better retention and completion rates continually.

Collaborate Across Functions

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with digital pedagogy in corporate or higher education environments

Preferred Skills
