Key Responsibilities and Daily Impact

Core Duties

  • Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound insurance operations for accuracy, policy compliance, and service quality.
  • Develop QA metrics and scorecards to assess call handling, claim resolutions, and underwriting evaluations.
  • Use reporting tools to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across our remote insurance workflows.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify systemic quality issues and recommend improvement plans.

Collaborative Activities

  • Collaborate with claims adjusters, underwriters, and support teams to maintain consistency and promote shared accountability.
  • Partner with training and development teams to shape learning modules tailored to emerging QA challenges.
  • Participate in remote QA audits and facilitate feedback loops with department leads.

Tools & Evaluation Systems

  • Leverage tools like Tableau, Excel, and cloud-based insurance CRM systems to support your evaluations.
