About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Document detailed functional and technical requirements for IT solutions.

- Solution Design and Documentation
- Work closely with technical teams to design solutions that align with business objectives.
- Create comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Ensure proposed solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Project Coordination and Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Facilitate regular meetings, workshops, and presentations to keep stakeholders informed.

- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Leverage data analytics tools to extract insights and provide recommendations for process improvements.

- Quality Assurance and Testing Support
- Assist in developing test plans and cases to validate system functionality.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Document test results and work with development teams to address issues or bugs.
- Change Management and Training
- Support change management efforts by creating training materials and conducting user training sessions.
- Help stakeholders adapt to new systems and processes with minimal disruption.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption of IT solutions.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT business analysis.
- Identify opportunities for process automation, digital transformation, and technology upgrades.
- Propose innovative ideas to enhance organizational efficiency and competitiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related role, focusing on IT projects. Experience in remote work settings is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio) and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
