Job Summary:

    • Track and measure program performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring program objectives are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT program management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex programs.
  • Strong understanding of program management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Experience with program and project management tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with risk management, issue resolution, and developing effective mitigation strategies.
