About the Opportunity

Your Role in the Process

As a Junior Mortgage Processor, you’ll be foundational in guiding mortgage files from application to approval. This position is perfect for detail-oriented professionals who want to deepen their knowledge of loan documentation, compliance, and workflow systems while gaining exposure to remote loan processing tools. You’ll work closely with processors, underwriters, and loan officers to ensure files are accurate, complete, and progressing efficiently.

A Day in Your Remote Work Life

• Reviewing borrower applications for initial accuracy and completeness
• Collecting required documentation from borrowers (W-2s, pay stubs, bank statements)
• Logging and updating data in loan origination systems (LOS)
• Coordinating with senior processors and underwriters on missing or unclear information
• Maintaining clear and professional communication with internal team members
• Supporting a collaborative, virtual team focused on timely loan closings

Skills and Qualifications We Value
