Job Overview

As a Remote Lead Cybersecurity Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the companyโ€™s digital assets by leading and managing the cybersecurity team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing security measures that protect information systems, networks, and data against potential threats. Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Cybersecurity Operations: Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals, overseeing day-to-day activities, including monitoring and managing cybersecurity incidents and ensuring swift resolution.

Required Qualifications

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Relevant certifications may substitute for formal education.
  2. Certifications: Professional cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly preferred.
  3. Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the cybersecurity domain, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  4. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, tools, and methodologies, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, encryption, endpoint security, and vulnerability management.
