Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Remote Learning and Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training initiatives that align with organizational goals and enhance employee performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and identify skills gaps.
- Design and develop engaging and effective training programs, workshops, and materials tailored to various learning styles and needs.
- Ensure all training content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices and organizational goals.
- Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System, ensuring all training programs are correctly uploaded, organized, and accessible.
- Track and report on training metrics, including participation, completion, and learner feedback.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the LMS to ensure smooth operation and user experience.
- Facilitation and Delivery:
- Facilitate virtual training sessions, webinars, and workshops, ensuring interactive and engaging delivery.
- Utilize various instructional methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
- Provide coaching and support to participants, addressing any questions or concerns and offering additional resources as needed.
- Program Evaluation and Improvement:
- Collect and analyze feedback from participants to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Continuously evaluate and refine training content and delivery methods based on feedback, performance metrics, and emerging trends.
- Prepare and present reports on training outcomes and recommendations for improvement to key stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with managers, team leaders, and key stakeholders to identify and address learning and development needs.
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external partners to support training initiatives and resources.
- Serve as a point of contact for training-related inquiries and support.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all training programs comply with relevant regulations, standards, and organizational policies.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and certification renewals.
- Prepare documentation and reports for audits and compliance reviews as required.
- Continuous Learning and Professional Development:
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development.
- Pursue opportunities for professional growth and certification to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.
- Share insights and recommendations for integrating new tools and techniques into training programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masterโs degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, or a related role, with a strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present and facilitate training sessions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to remotely manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with e-learning tools and content development software (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
- Knowledge of various instructional design models and techniques.
- Experience in a remote work environment and familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
