Position Overview:
As a Learning Experience Designer, you will be pivotal in crafting engaging, interactive, and impactful digital learning experiences for a diverse audience. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, multimedia developers, and key stakeholders to design innovative learning solutions aligning with organizational objectives and learner needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development:
- Create compelling and learner-centric online courses, workshops, and training programs.
- Utilize instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to structure content effectively.
- Develop interactive and multimedia-rich content using e-learning tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and similar platforms.
- Content Curation and Analysis:
- Conduct needs assessments to identify learning objectives and performance outcomes.
- Research and curate relevant educational materials, ensuring content accuracy and quality.
- Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and optimize them for better engagement and outcomes.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with subject matter experts to transform complex concepts into digestible and engaging learning content.
- Partner with developers and graphic designers to produce visually appealing and user-friendly materials.
- Communicate project updates and timelines effectively to stakeholders.
- Technology Integration:
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and tools in instructional design and educational technology.
- Incorporate gamification, augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and other innovative approaches into learning experiences.
- Ensure compatibility of learning solutions across various platforms and devices.
- Quality Assurance:
- Review and refine learning materials to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Conduct usability testing and gather learner feedback to improve program effectiveness.
- Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and instructional integrity across all deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or a related role.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
- Strong understanding of learning theories, instructional methodologies, and adult learning principles.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM-compliant content.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines remotely.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools is a plus.
