Position Overview:
We seek a dedicated and experienced Remote Learning Program Manager to lead and oversee our remote learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, program management, and remote education. This role involves managing remote learning programs' development, implementation, and evaluation to ensure they meet the highest educational effectiveness and user satisfaction standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development and Management:
- Design, develop, and implement remote learning programs and curricula that align with organizational goals and educational standards.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and educators to create high-quality content and learning materials.
- Oversee the deployment of learning programs, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of remote learning activities.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers, facilitators, and administrative staff in remote learning programs.
- Facilitate regular team meetings and professional development sessions to ensure continuous improvement and skill development.
- Foster a collaborative environment with internal and external stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness and reach.
- Quality Assurance and Evaluation:
- Establish and maintain metrics for assessing the effectiveness and impact of remote learning programs.
- Conduct regular evaluations and feedback sessions to gather insights from learners and instructors.
- Utilize data and feedback to make informed decisions for program enhancements and improvements.
- Technology Integration:
- Manage and leverage various learning management systems (LMS) and educational technologies to deliver and support remote learning experiences.
- Stay current with technological advancements and industry best practices to integrate new tools and methods into the program.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, industry partners, and learners.
- Communicate program objectives, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and meetings.
- Address stakeholder concerns and feedback to ensure program alignment and satisfaction.
- Resource Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for remote learning programs, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
- Oversee procurement of materials and resources necessary for program delivery and support.
- Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure that remote learning programs comply with relevant regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to quality standards and best practices in remote education.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and implement innovative strategies and approaches to enhance remote learning experiences.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and research in remote learning and educational technology to drive program evolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, instructional design, or remote learning.
- Proven experience managing remote teams and delivering online education programs.
- Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, evaluate program effectiveness, and implement improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
