Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

2. E-Learning Content Development:
   • Utilize e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms to develop high-quality digital learning modules.
   • Ensure all e-learning content is compatible with learning management systems (LMS) and accessible on various devices.
   • Update and refine existing e-learning materials to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
3. Facilitation and Training:
   • Deliver virtual training sessions, workshops, and webinars to support learner engagement and skill development.
   • Facilitate interactive discussions, group activities, and case studies to enhance learning outcomes.
   • Provide coaching and mentorship to learners to foster growth and application of knowledge.
4. Needs Assessment and Evaluation:
   • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
   • Develop and implement evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

5. Collaboration:

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills for virtual and in-person learning environments.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills to assess learning needs and evaluate program effectiveness.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
• Instructional Design Certification
• Train-the-Trainer Certification
