Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

We’re seeking a Legal Counsel who combines top-tier legal knowledge with a sharp business mindset. You should feel comfortable in ambiguity, confident in your decisions, and excited about leading change.

Must-Haves:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree from a recognized institution
• Bar admission in at least one jurisdiction (U.S. or internationally)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience, emphasizing areas such as corporate governance, business agreements, and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to provide pragmatic legal advice to executive teams
• Experience working remotely or in a fast-paced, global environment
