Job Overview:
Naukri Mitra is looking for a talented and motivated Remote Marketing Analyst to join a growing team in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will analyze marketing trends, develop insights from data, and help guide marketing strategies to boost business growth. As a Remote Marketing Analyst, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights, measure campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions that impact overall marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Analysis & Insights: Gather, analyze, and interpret marketing data to provide insights on consumer behavior, campaign performance, and brand performance. Utilize various tools and techniques to derive actionable insights that influence strategic decision-making.
- Campaign Tracking & Optimization: Monitor, track, and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns across different channels such as email, social media, and paid advertising. Recommend improvements to enhance campaign performance and drive key marketing metrics.
- Data Visualization & Reporting: Develop regular ad-hoc reports using visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate marketing performance to stakeholders. Prepare detailed performance dashboards for real-time analysis for the marketing team and management.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Utilize primary and secondary research methodologies to provide insights that help position the brand more effectively.
- Collaboration with Marketing Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand marketing goals and provide data-driven recommendations. Liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
- Consumer Insights: Use consumer research and analytics to understand your target audience's behavior and preferences. Develop audience segmentation strategies to ensure marketing campaigns effectively target the right customer groups.
- Marketing Budget Optimization: Analyze marketing spending data to assess ROI, identify areas of improvement, and recommend budget adjustments to maximize efficiency and impact.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize campaign effectiveness and derive actionable insights that support future marketing efforts.
- Performance Metrics: Track and measure KPIs, such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on marketing investment (ROMI), conversion rates, and engagement metrics to assess overall marketing success.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing analysis, digital marketing, or a related role, with demonstrated success in analyzing marketing data to drive performance.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze large data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel). Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign management, and tracking tools. Ability to assess and optimize the performance of digital campaigns.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to think critically, solve problems effectively, and propose data-driven solutions to marketing challenges.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present data and insights concisely and compellingly to stakeholders from different departments.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to analyzing data, ensuring accuracy and reliability of findings and insights.
- Self-motivation: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar remote marketing analyst role.
- Knowledge of data analysis languages like R or Python is a plus.
