Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, web, etc.)
- Develop and manage drip campaigns, onboarding flows, and customer re-engagement journeys.
- Optimize lead scoring models to support sales enablement
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-backed recommendations
- Coordinate closely with creative, UX, and product stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Create and manage A/B tests to drive conversion improvements
- Maintain clean marketing databases and ensure compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM
- Troubleshoot automation workflows and resolve system errors quickly

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation roles

- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email formatting
- Proven success in campaign execution, performance monitoring, and optimization
- Experience working with dynamic content, conditional logic, and segmentation
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a distributed work setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in HubSpot, Marketo, or another automation platform
- Experience in B2B SaaS or eCommerce industries
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks related to data privacy
