Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Analysis and Optimization:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
- Evaluate campaign performance metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, click-through rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Identify trends and patterns in campaign data to provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize campaign performance and achieve marketing goals.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of marketing data from multiple sources.
- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into campaign effectiveness.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting activities.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with marketing teams to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and key messaging.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to ensure alignment between campaign strategy and execution.
- Provide support and guidance to team members on data-driven decision-making and best practices for campaign optimization.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss campaign performance, share insights, and align on future strategies.
- Market Research and Trend Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities for new campaigns and strategies.
- Provide recommendations based on market research to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive business growth.
- Campaign Strategy Development:
- Assist in the development of marketing campaign strategies by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with strategic planners to align campaign objectives with overall business goals.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategic planning activities to drive innovative campaign approaches.
- Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
- Monitor ongoing campaigns to ensure they are performing as expected and identify any issues or discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any problems related to campaign performance, data tracking, or reporting.
- Implement corrective actions and adjustments as needed to maintain campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role, with a proven track record of analyzing and optimizing marketing campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, social media ad platforms, email marketing software).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively to various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Salary:
The annual salary for this position is USD 83,115.
