Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership and Management:
   • Oversee and manage a team of remote medical transcriptionists, consistently meeting productivity and quality standards.

2. Quality Assurance:

3. Workflow Optimization:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Medical Transcription, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
