Key Responsibilities

Mobile Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement mobile-first marketing campaigns that drive app downloads and in-app engagement.
  • Align messaging strategies with customer lifecycle stages across both Android and iOS ecosystems.
  • Manage mobile push notifications, SMS campaigns, and in-app messaging to boost engagement and retention.

User Acquisition & Retargeting

  • Leverage platforms like Google App Campaigns, Facebook Ads, TikTok for Business, and Apple Search Ads to drive user acquisition.
  • Create and optimize retargeting strategies using mobile identifiers and user behavior segmentation.
  • Conduct split and variation testing strategies designed to refine campaign effectiveness continually.

Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Analyze mobile campaign metrics, including installs, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), user retention, and lifetime value (LTV)
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights
  • Use mobile analytics platforms such as Adjust, Appsflyer, or Firebase to track attribution and measure ROI

Cross-Functional Team Integration

  • Coordinate with product leads to synchronize marketing efforts alongside app feature releases.
  • Partner with UX designers to ensure mobile creatives are optimized for screen responsiveness and tap behavior
  • Coordinate with content teams to develop mobile-optimized ad copy and visual assets.

Candidate Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in mobile marketing or performance marketing roles
  • Demonstrated ability to manage paid acquisition campaigns across primary mobile channels
  • Hands-on experience with mobile attribution platforms like Appsflyer or Adjust
  • Solid understanding of mobile-specific KPIs and user behavior patterns
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive campaigns from concept to execution

Preferred Skills

  • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in tools like GA4, Excel, and campaign dashboards
  • Knowledge of ASO (App Store Optimization) best practices
  • Understanding of MMP integrations, SKAdNetwork, and privacy frameworks like ATT and GDPR
  • Creativity in mobile ad creation, with a portfolio of past campaign examples preferred
  • Experience in international user acquisition and multilingual campaign strategy is a plus
